The 28th annual Chryslers on the Murray will be held on the 13th, 14th & 15th of March at Gateway Lakes Wodonga, where the ‘spotlight’ is on US Muscle – the all American muscle cars from around 1962 – 1974.
It celebrates an era where all the manufactures were in a ‘big horsepower’ race, releasing wild colours and options that became famous. We saw them feature in classic shows such as Dukes of Hazard and movies like Vanishing Point.
A new initiative in 2019 was the Great Reveal, where newly completed restorations were unveiled to the public. This returns on the Friday in 2020, but starts at an earlier time of 5:30pm.
A special guest from the United States will feature in a seminar on the Saturday. Matt Dean has been involved with Chrysler/Mopar for around 30 years and works at a Dodge dealership in California, regarded as the ‘go to’ dealership for performance.
The event remains a family friendly event for visitors, with plenty for the kids. We hope to see you there!
