All judging entrants and vendors must pre enter before the 14th February 2026. Due to ground capacity, entries are capped at 900 vehicles. Entry, excluding judging and vendors, will be available at the event, provided capacity is not met. Please pre-enter to avoid disappointment.
Please Note: All prices include GST
No Camping on the grounds.
Portable BBQ’s allowed, must be 3m from any vehicle. Shade Gazebos permitted, must be secured, please ask before erecting to avoid damaging any infrastructure underground.
Dogs are allowed, but must be on lead, picked up after are NOT allowed in the exhibition building.

Driving Event Disclaimer

I / we hereby certify that I / we have read and agree to the following rules and requirements for this event.

Permit
You must have an AASA Day Licence or Annual Licence to drive on the track. (https://www.aasa.com.au/day-licences) Note: If you don't have this licence for the day you will not be able to enter onto the track.

Driving Events
Scrutineering starts 8am. Must be pre entered for sprints. Sprints start 10am. Numbers limited to 50 drivers for Sprints. Sprints will consist of 5 laps (x3). Cost of the Sprints is $110 per driver.

Scrutineering & Clothing
For scrutineering & clothing, AASA requirements must be met. Further information will be provided to entrants. Owner of vehicle is responsible for their own vehicle, remember your road vehicle insurance does NOT cover track use, and the Club will not be held responsible for damages to vehicles.

Entrants, please note, you will be directed by traffic control and pre filtered on arrival. Vehicles in Top 5 Judging will be directed into the exhibition building where they are to remain until 2pm. Swap sites and general entry to the directed locations.

We thank you for your understanding as this is the first time at our new venue. Abiding by these guidelines will prevent us having all entrant vehicles locked in until the general public have left the site.

ANTI HOON POLICY

Chryslers on the Murray respectfully requests that whilst you are attending the weekends event that you drive legally and respectfully. We do not need the negative publicity that hoon driving brings upon our Club and the general car enthusiast community. Failure to do so will result in the attention of local Police, and expulsion from any further participation in the event or subsequent events.

For continued support from local councils and businesses, we require the number of people who enter the venue, along with their postcode.
